Susha Vance is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist, and Board Approved Supervisor with 15 years experience working with young people and their families in schools and in private practice in Melbourne.

At Discovery Psychology, we are accepting of all differences and individuals and believe in neurodiversity affirming, gender affirming and trauma informed care and support.

Susha believes in the importance of a strong therapuetic relationship, and values connecting with young people to see better outcomes, and understand the whole person.

Susha is a tea lover, and mother to two young children and a cat.
