Susha Vance

Educational & Developmental Psychologist

Susha Vance is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist, and Board Approved Supervisor with almost 15 years experience working with young people and their families in schools and now in private practice. Susha started Discovery Psychology with the intention to help young people discover their unique selves, and live their best lives. Susha works from a person-centred, affirming model to support mental health, wellbeing and learning. Susha believes in the importance of a strong therapuetic relationship, and values connecting with young people to see better outcomes, and understand the whole person.

Susha is a tea lover, and mother to two young children and a cat.
